Warranty Plans

All new Starkey instruments carry a limited manufacturer's warranty. This coverage includes repair due to internal component failure or to visible or external damage to the shell/case. The coverage also includes remakes due to improper instrument fit.

If you experience problems with your instrument(s) during the warranty period, simply bring the device with your warranty card to your hearing professional to diagnose and correct the problem.
