Chris LaHaye is Senior Vice President of the Starkey Retail Network, bringing more than 26 years of industry experience, all with Starkey. Over the course of his career, he has held multiple leadership roles and built a reputation as a trusted and respected leader across the organization.

Chris has played an instrumental role in building and scaling high-performing retail and marketing teams while driving strong clinic-level performance across the network. With a deep understanding of Starkey’s culture, operations, and commitment to patient care, he remains focused on advancing the Starkey Retail Network’s mission of serving patients better than anyone else.

In this role, Chris oversees retail performance, team development, and network growth initiatives designed to expand access to hearing care and elevate the patient experience.
